8 羊羔揭開第七個印的時候，天上靜默了大約半小時。 2 我看見站在 神面前的七位天使，有七枝號筒賜給了他們。
3 另外有一位天使來了，拿著金香爐，站在祭壇前。有許多香賜給了他，好與所有聖徒的祈禱一同獻在寶座前的金壇上。 4 那香的煙和眾聖徒的祈禱，就從天使手中一同升到 神面前。 5 天使拿著香爐，用壇上的火把它裝滿了，投在地上；於是就有雷轟、響聲、閃電和地震。
吹六枝號
6 拿著七枝號筒的七位天使，預備好了要吹號。
7 第一位天使吹號，就有冰雹和混雜著血的火，投在地上。地的三分之一燒掉了，樹的三分之一燒掉了，所有的青草也燒掉了。
8 第二位天使吹號，就有一座好像燃燒著的大山，投在海裡。海的三分之一變成了血， 9 海裡受造的活物死了三分之一，船隻也毀壞了三分之一。
10 第三位天使吹號，就有一顆燃燒著的大星，好像火把一樣，從天上落下來，落在江河的三分之一上，和眾水的泉源上。 11 這星名叫“苦堇”。眾水的三分之一變為“苦堇”，因水變苦，就有許多人因為這水而死了。
12 第四位天使吹號，太陽的三分之一、月亮的三分之一、星辰的三分之一，就都受到擊打，以致日月星的三分之一都變黑了，白天的三分之一沒有光，夜晚也是這樣。
13 我觀看，就聽見一隻在高空飛翔的鷹，大聲說：“有禍了！有禍了！住在地上的人有禍了！因為還有三位天使將要吹其餘的號。”

8 1 Then, when the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
The first four trumpet plagues
2 Then I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them. 3 Another angel came and stood at the altar, and he held a gold bowl for burning incense. He was given a large amount of incense, in order to offer it on behalf of the prayers of all the saints on the gold altar in front of the throne. 4 The smoke of the incense offered for the prayers of the saints rose up before God from the angel’s hand. 5 Then the angel took the incense container and filled it with fire from the altar. He threw it down to the earth, and there were thunder, voices, lightning, and an earthquake.
6 Then the seven angels who held the seven trumpets got ready to blow them. 7 The first angel blew his trumpet, and hail and fire mixed with blood appeared, and was thrown down to the earth. A third of the earth was burned up. A third of the trees were burned up. All the green grass was burned up. 8 Then the second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a huge mountain burning with fire was thrown down into the sea. A third of the sea became blood, 9 a third of the creatures living in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed. 10 Then the third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star, burning like a torch, fell from heaven. It fell on a third of the rivers and springs of water. 11 The star’s name is Wormwood, and a third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died from the water, because it became so bitter. 12 Then the fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars so that a third of them became dark. The day lost a third of its light, and the night lost a third of its light too.
13 Then I looked and I heard an eagle flying high overhead. It said with a loud voice, “Horror, horror, oh! The horror for those who live on earth because of the blasts of the remaining trumpets that the three angels are about to blow!”

8 And when he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. 2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them. 3 And another angel who had a golden censer came and stood at the altar, and a large amount of incense was given to him, in order that he could offer the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar that is before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense went up before God with the prayers of the saints from the hand of the angel. 5 And the angel took the censer and filled it with the fire from the altar and threw it to the earth, and there were thunders and sounds and lightnings and an earthquake.
The Blowing of the Trumpets
6 And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves in order to blow them.
7 And the first blew the trumpet, and there was hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was thrown to the earth, and a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.
8 And the second angel blew the trumpet, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood, 9 and a third of the creatures in the sea—the ones which had life—died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

13 And I looked, and I heard one eagle flying directly overhead[a], saying with a loud voice, “Woe, woe, woe to those who live on the earth, from the remaining sounds of the trumpets of the three angels who are about to blow the trumpet!”

Il settimo sigillo
8 Quando l'Agnello aprì il settimo sigillo, si fece silenzio in cielo per circa mezz'ora. 2 Vidi che ai sette angeli ritti davanti a Dio furono date sette trombe.
Le preghiere dei santi affrettano la venuta del grande giorno
3 Poi venne un altro angelo e si fermò all'altare, reggendo un incensiere d'oro. Gli furono dati molti profumi perché li offrisse insieme con le preghiere di tutti i santi bruciandoli sull'altare d'oro, posto davanti al trono. 4 E dalla mano dell'angelo il fumo degli aromi salì davanti a Dio, insieme con le preghiere dei santi. 5 Poi l'angelo prese l'incensiere, lo riempì del fuoco preso dall'altare e lo gettò sulla terra: ne seguirono scoppi di tuono, clamori, fulmini e scosse di terremoto.
Le prime quattro trombe
6 I sette angeli che avevano le sette trombe si accinsero a suonarle.
7 Appena il primo suonò la tromba, grandine e fuoco mescolati a sangue scrosciarono sulla terra. Un terzo della terra fu arso, un terzo degli alberi andò bruciato e ogni erba verde si seccò.
8 Il secondo angelo suonò la tromba: come una gran montagna di fuoco fu scagliata nel mare. Un terzo del mare divenne sangue, 9 un terzo delle creature che vivono nel mare morì e un terzo delle navi andò distrutto.
10 Il terzo angelo suonò la tromba e cadde dal cielo una grande stella, ardente come una torcia, e colpì un terzo dei fiumi e le sorgenti delle acque. 11 La stella si chiama Assenzio; un terzo delle acque si mutò in assenzio e molti uomini morirono per quelle acque, perché erano divenute amare.
12 Il quarto angelo suonò la tromba e un terzo del sole, un terzo della luna e un terzo degli astri fu colpito e si oscurò: il giorno perse un terzo della sua luce e la notte ugualmente.
13 Vidi poi e udii un'aquila che volava nell'alto del cielo e gridava a gran voce: «Guai, guai, guai agli abitanti della terra al suono degli ultimi squilli di tromba che i tre angeli stanno per suonare!».
