3 大卫在希伯仑所生的儿子记在下面：长子暗嫩，是耶斯列人亚希暖生的；次子但以利，是迦密人亚比该生的； ²三子押沙龙，是基述王达买的女儿玛迦生的；四子亚多尼雅，是哈及生的； ³五子示法提雅，是亚比她生的；六子以特念，是大卫的妻以格拉生的。 ⁴这六人都是大卫在希伯仑生的。大卫在希伯仑做王七年零六个月，在耶路撒冷做王三十三年。 ⁵大卫在耶路撒冷所生的儿子是：示米亚、朔罢、拿单、所罗门，这四人是亚米利的女儿拔书亚生的； ⁶还有益辖、以利沙玛、以利法列、 ⁷挪迦、尼斐、雅非亚、 ⁸以利沙玛、以利雅大、以利法列，共九人。 ⁹这都是大卫的儿子，还有他们的妹子她玛；妃嫔的儿子不在其内。

所罗门之后裔

Descendants of David

3 ^(A)These are the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, by Ahinoam the Jezreelite; the second, ^(B)Daniel, by Abigail the Carmelite, ²the third, Absalom, whose mother was Maacah, the daughter of Talmai, king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah, whose mother was Haggith; ³the fifth, Shephatiah, by Abital; the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah; ⁴six were born to him in Hebron, ^(C)where he reigned for seven years and six months. ^(D)And he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem. ⁵^(E)These were born to him in Jerusalem: ^(F)Shimea, Shobab, Nathan and ^(G)Solomon, four by ^(H)Bath-shua, the daughter of ^(I)Ammiel; ⁶then Ibhar, ^(J)Elishama, Eliphelet, ⁷Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, ⁸Elishama, ^(K)Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine. ⁹All these were David's sons, besides the sons of the concubines, ^(L)and Tamar was their sister.

And the sons of Shemaiah: ^(AM)Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat, six. ²³The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three. ²⁴The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani, seven.

The Sons of David^(A)^(B)

3 These were the sons of David^(C) born to him in Hebron:

The firstborn was Amnon the son of Ahinoam^(D) of Jezreel;^(E)

the second, Daniel the son of Abigail^(F) of Carmel;

²the third, Absalom the son of Maakah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur;

the fourth, Adonijah^(G) the son of Haggith;

³the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital;

and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.

⁴These six were born to David in Hebron,^(H) where he reigned seven years and six months.^(I)

David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years, ⁵and these were the children born to him there:

Shammua,^[a] Shobab, Nathan and Solomon. These four were by Bathsheba^[b]^(J) daughter of Ammiel. ⁶There were also Ibhar, Elishua,^[c] Eliphelet, ⁷Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, ⁸Elishama, Eliada and Eliphelet—nine in all. ⁹All these were the sons of David, besides his sons by his concubines. And Tamar^(K) was their sister.^(L)

Zerubbabel^(AJ) and Shimei.

The sons of Zerubbabel:

Meshullam and Hananiah.

Shelomith was their sister.
