Uşierii Templului şi vistierii
26 Iată cetele uşierilor. Din coreiţi: Meşelemia, fiul lui Core, dintre fiii lui Asaf. 2 Fiii lui Meşelemia: Zaharia, întâiul născut; Iediael, al doilea; Zebadia, al treilea; Iatniel, al patrulea. 3 Elam, al cincilea; Iohanan, al şaselea; Elioenai, al şaptelea. 4 Fiii lui Obed-Edom: Şemaia, întâiul născut; Iozabad, al doilea; Ioah, al treilea; Sacar, al patrulea; Netaneel, al cincilea; 5 Amiel, al şaselea; Isahar, al şaptelea; Peultai, al optulea; căci Dumnezeu îl binecuvântase. 6 Fiului său Şemaia i s-au născut fii, care au stăpânit în casa tatălui lor, căci erau oameni viteji. 7 Fiii lui Şemaia: Otni, Refael, Obed, Elzabad şi fraţii săi, oameni viteji, Elihu şi Semaia. 8 Toţi aceştia erau fiii lui Obed-Edom, ei, fiii şi fraţii lor; erau oameni plini de vlagă şi de putere pentru slujbă, şaizeci şi doi de ai lui Obed-Edom. 9 Fiii şi fraţii lui Meşelemia, oameni viteji, erau în număr de optsprezece. 10 Din fiii lui Merari: Hosa(A), care avea ca fii pe: Şimri, căpetenia, pus căpetenie de tatăl său, măcar că nu era el întâiul născut; 11 Hilchia, al doilea; Tebalia, al treilea; Zaharia, al patrulea. Toţi fiii şi fraţii lui Hosa erau în număr de treisprezece. 12 Acestor cete de uşieri, căpeteniilor acestor oameni şi fraţilor lor, a fost încredinţată paza pentru slujba Casei Domnului. 13 Au tras la sorţ pentru fiecare uşă, mici şi mari, după casele lor părinteşti. 14 Sorţul a căzut pe Şelemia pentru partea de răsărit. Au tras la sorţ pentru fiul său Zaharia, care era un sfetnic înţelept, şi i-a căzut la sorţ partea de miazănoapte. 15 Partea de miazăzi a căzut lui Obed-Edom, iar casa magaziilor a căzut fiilor săi. 16 Partea de apus a căzut lui Şupim şi lui Hosa, cu uşa Şalechet, pe drumul care suia sus: o strajă era în faţa alteia. 17 La răsărit erau şase leviţi; la miazănoapte, patru pe zi; la miazăzi patru pe zi şi patru la magazii, câte doi în două locuri deosebite; 18 spre mahala, la apus, patru spre drum, doi spre mahala. 19 Acestea sunt cetele uşierilor dintre fiii coreiţilor şi dintre fiii lui Merari. 20 Unul din leviţi, Ahia, avea grija vistieriilor(B) Casei lui Dumnezeu şi vistieriilor lucrurilor sfinte. 21 Dintre fiii lui Laedan, fiii gherşoniţilor ieşiţi din Laedan, căpeteniile caselor părinteşti ale lui Laedan, Gherşonitul, erau: Iehieli 22 şi fiii lui Iehieli, Zetam şi fratele său Ioel, care păzeau vistieriile Casei Domnului. 23 Dintre amramiţi, iţehariţi, hebroniţi şi uzieliţi, 24 era(C) Şebuel, fiul lui Gherşom, fiul lui Moise, care îngrijea de vistierii. 25 Dintre fraţii lui, ieşiţi din Eliezer, al cărui fiu a fost Rehabia, al cărui fiu a fost Isaia, al cărui fiu a fost Ioram, al cărui fiu a fost Zicri, al cărui fiu a fost(D) Şelomit, 26 erau Şelomit şi fraţii săi, care păzeau toate vistieriile lucrurilor sfinte, pe care le închinaseră împăratul David, capii caselor părinteşti, căpeteniile peste mii şi sute şi căpeteniile oştirii – le închinaseră 27 din prada luată la război pentru întreţinerea Casei Domnului. 28 Tot ce fusese închinat de Samuel, văzătorul(E), de Saul, fiul lui Chis, de Abner, fiul lui Ner, de Ioab, fiul Ţeruiei, toate lucrurile închinate erau sub paza lui Şelomit şi a fraţilor săi.

29 Dintre iţehariţi: Chenania şi fraţii săi erau întrebuinţaţi pentru treburile de afară, ca dregători(F) şi judecători în Israel. 30 Dintre hebroniţi: Haşabia şi fraţii săi, oameni viteji, în număr de o mie şapte sute, aveau privegherea asupra lui Israel, dincoace de Iordan, la apus, pentru toate treburile Domnului şi pentru slujba împăratului. 31 În ce priveşte pe hebroniţi, a căror căpetenie era Ieria(G), s-au făcut în al patruzecilea an al domniei lui David cercetări cu privire la ei, după spiţele lor de neam şi după casele lor părinteşti şi s-au găsit între ei la Iaezer(H), în Galaad, oameni viteji. 32 Fraţii lui Ieria, oameni viteji, erau în număr de două mii şapte sute capi de case părinteşti. Ang mga Guwardya ng Pintuan ng Templo
26 Ito ang mga grupo ng mga guwardya ng mga pintuan ng templo:
Mula sa pamilya ni Kora, si Meshelemia na anak ni Kore na miyembro ng pamilya ni Asaf, 2 at ang pito niyang anak na lalaki: si Zacarias ang panganay, at ang kasunod ay sina Jediael, Zebadia, Jatniel, 3 Elam, Jehohanan at Eliehoenai.
4 Kasama rin si Obed Edom at ang walo niyang anak na lalaki: si Shemaya ang panganay, at ang kasunod ay sina Jehozabad, Joa, Sacar, Netanel, 5 Amiel, Isacar at Peuletai. Pinagpala ng Dios si Obed Edom. 6-7 Ang panganay na anak ni Obed Edom na si Shemaya ay may mga anak na lalaki na may kakayahan at mga pinuno ng kanilang mga pamilya. Silaʼy sina Otni, Refael Obed at Elzabad. Ang kanilang kamag-anak na sina Elihu at Semakia ay may mga kakayahan din.
8 Lahat sila ay mula sa angkan ni Obed Edom. Sila at ang kanilang mga anak at kamag-anak ay 62 lahat. Mahuhusay sila at may kakayahan sa paggawa.
9 Ang 18 anak at mga kamag-anak ni Meshelemia ay may mga kakayahan din.
10 Si Hosa na mula sa pamilya ni Merari ay may mga anak din. Ginawa niyang pinuno ng kanilang pamilya si Shimri kahit hindi siya ang panganay na anak. 11 Ang sumunod kay Shimri ay sina Hilkia, Tabalia at Zacarias. 13 lahat ang anak at mga kamag-anak ni Hosa na mga tagapagbantay sa pintuan ng templo.
12 Iginrupo ang mga guwardya ng mga pintuan ng templo ayon sa pinuno ng kanilang pamilya, at may mga tungkulin sila sa paglilingkod sa templo ng Panginoon, katulad ng kasama nilang mga Levita. 13 Nagpalabunutan sila kung aling pinto ang babantayan ng mga pamilya nila, bata man o matanda. 14 Ang pintuan sa gawing silangan ang nabunot ni Shelemia,[a] at ang pintuan sa gawing hilaga ang nabunot ng anak niyang mahusay magpayo na si Zacarias 15 Ang pintuan sa gawing timog ang nabunot ni Obed Edom, at sa mga anak niyang lalaki ipinagkatiwala ang mga bodega. 16 Ang pintuan sa gawing kanluran at ang pintuan paakyat sa templo[b] ang nabunot ni Shupim at Hosa.
Bawat isa sa kanilaʼy may takdang oras ng pagbabantay: 17 Sa gawing silangan, anim na guwardya ang nagbabantay araw-araw, sa gawing hilaga ay apat, sa gawing timog ay apat din, at sa bawat bodega ay tig-dadalawa. 18 Sa gawing kanluran, apat ang nagbabantay, sa daanan paakyat sa templo ay apat din, at sa bakuran ng templo ay dalawa.
19 Iyon ang mga grupo ng mga guwardya ng mga pintuan ng templo na angkan nina Kora at Merari.
Ang mga Ingat-yaman at ang Iba pang mga Opisyal
20 Ang ibang mga Levita[c] na pinamumunuan ni Ahia ang katiwala sa mga bodega ng templo ng Dios, kabilang na ang mga bodega ng mga inihandog sa Dios.
21 Si Ladan ay mula sa angkan ni Gershon at ama ni Jehieli. Ang ilan sa mga miyembro ng kanyang pamilya ay mga pinuno rin ng kanyang mga angkan. 22 Ang mga anak ni Jehieli na sina Zetam at Joel ang katiwala ng mga bodega ng templo ng Panginoon.

29 Mula sa mga angkan ni Izar: si Kenania at ang mga anak niyang lalaki, na siyang nangangasiwa at mga hukom sa buong Israel. Hindi sila naglilingkod sa loob ng templo.
30 Mula sa angkan ni Hebron: si Hashabia at ang 1,700 kamag-anak niya na may mga kakayahan. Pinagkatiwalaan sila na mamahala ng mga lupain sa gawing kanluran ng Ilog ng Jordan. Sila ang nangangasiwa ng mga gawain ng Panginoon at ng hari sa lugar na iyon. 31 Si Jeria ang pinuno ng angkan ni Hebron ayon sa talaan ng kanilang mga pamilya. Nang ika-40 taon ng paghahari ni David, siniyasat ang mga talaan, at natuklasan na may angkan si Hebron sa Jazer na sakop ng Gilead, at may mga kakayahan sila. 32 Si Jeria ay may 2,700 kamag-anak na may mga kakayahan at mga pinuno ng mga pamilya. The Gatekeepers
26 The divisions of the gatekeepers:(A)
From the Korahites: Meshelemiah son of Kore, one of the sons of Asaph.
2 Meshelemiah had sons:
Zechariah(B) the firstborn,
Jediael the second,
Zebadiah the third,
Jathniel the fourth,
3 Elam the fifth,
Jehohanan the sixth
and Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 Obed-Edom also had sons:
Shemaiah the firstborn,
Jehozabad the second,
Joah the third,
Sakar the fourth,
Nethanel the fifth,
5 Ammiel the sixth,
Issachar the seventh
and Peullethai the eighth.
(For God had blessed Obed-Edom.(C))
6 Obed-Edom’s son Shemaiah also had sons, who were leaders in their father’s family because they were very capable men. 7 The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, Rephael, Obed and Elzabad; his relatives Elihu and Semakiah were also able men. 8 All these were descendants of Obed-Edom; they and their sons and their relatives were capable men with the strength to do the work—descendants of Obed-Edom, 62 in all.
9 Meshelemiah had sons and relatives, who were able men—18 in all.
10 Hosah the Merarite had sons: Shimri the first (although he was not the firstborn, his father had appointed him the first),(D) 11 Hilkiah the second, Tabaliah the third and Zechariah the fourth. The sons and relatives of Hosah were 13 in all.
12 These divisions of the gatekeepers, through their leaders, had duties for ministering(E) in the temple of the Lord, just as their relatives had. 13 Lots(F) were cast for each gate, according to their families, young and old alike.
14 The lot for the East Gate(G) fell to Shelemiah.[a] Then lots were cast for his son Zechariah,(H) a wise counselor, and the lot for the North Gate fell to him. 15 The lot for the South Gate fell to Obed-Edom,(I) and the lot for the storehouse fell to his sons. 16 The lots for the West Gate and the Shalleketh Gate on the upper road fell to Shuppim and Hosah.
Guard was alongside of guard: 17 There were six Levites a day on the east, four a day on the north, four a day on the south and two at a time at the storehouse. 18 As for the court[b] to the west, there were four at the road and two at the court[c] itself.
19 These were the divisions of the gatekeepers who were descendants of Korah and Merari.(J)
The Treasurers and Other Officials
20 Their fellow Levites(K) were[d] in charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries for the dedicated things.(L)
21 The descendants of Ladan, who were Gershonites through Ladan and who were heads of families belonging to Ladan the Gershonite,(M) were Jehieli, 22 the sons of Jehieli, Zetham and his brother Joel. They were in charge of the treasuries(N) of the temple of the Lord.
23 From the Amramites, the Izharites, the Hebronites and the Uzzielites:(O)
24 Shubael,(P) a descendant of Gershom son of Moses, was the official in charge of the treasuries. 25 His relatives through Eliezer: Rehabiah his son, Jeshaiah his son, Joram his son, Zikri his son and Shelomith(Q) his son. 26 Shelomith and his relatives were in charge of all the treasuries for the things dedicated(R) by King David, by the heads of families who were the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and by the other army commanders. 27 Some of the plunder taken in battle they dedicated for the repair of the temple of the Lord. 28 And everything dedicated by Samuel the seer(S) and by Saul son of Kish, Abner son of Ner and Joab son of Zeruiah, and all the other dedicated things were in the care of Shelomith and his relatives.
29 From the Izharites: Kenaniah and his sons were assigned duties away from the temple, as officials and judges(T) over Israel.
30 From the Hebronites: Hashabiah(U) and his relatives—seventeen hundred able men—were responsible in Israel west of the Jordan for all the work of the Lord and for the king’s service. 31 As for the Hebronites,(V) Jeriah was their chief according to the genealogical records of their families. In the fortieth(W) year of David’s reign a search was made in the records, and capable men among the Hebronites were found at Jazer in Gilead. 32 Jeriah had twenty-seven hundred relatives, who were able men and heads of families, and King David put them in charge of the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh for every matter pertaining to God and for the affairs of the king.
