5 卻不悅納該隱和他的祭物。該隱便非常惱火，面帶怒容。 6 耶和華問該隱：「你為什麼惱火？為什麼面帶怒容？ 7 如果你做得對，難道不會蒙悅納嗎？如果你做得不對，罪就蹲在你的門口要控制你，但你必須制伏罪。」

5 but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.
6 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry?(A) Why is your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door;(B) it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.(C)”
