7 你若做得对，岂不仰起头来吗？你若做得不对，罪就伏在门前。它想要控制你，你却要制伏它。”
8 该隐与他弟弟亚伯说话。[a]二人正在田间时，该隐起来攻击他弟弟亚伯，把他杀了。 9 耶和华对该隐说：“你弟弟亚伯在哪里？”他说：“我不知道！我岂是看守我弟弟的吗？”

New International Version
7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door;(A) it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.(B)”
8 Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.”[a] While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.(C)
9 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?”(D)
“I don’t know,(E)” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
