8 耶和華　神在東方的伊甸，栽了一個園子，把他所造的人放在那裡。 9 耶和華　神使各樣的樹從地上長起來，能悅人的眼目，也好作食物。園子中間又有生命樹，和知善惡樹。

10 有一條河從伊甸流出來，灌溉那園子；從那裡分支，成了四道河的源頭。

10 有一條河從伊甸流出來灌溉那園子，又從那裡分出四條支流。

Genesis 2:8-10

8 The Lord God planted a garden in Eden, in the east,(A) and there he placed the man he had formed. 9 The Lord God caused to grow out of the ground every tree pleasing in appearance and good for food, including the tree of life in the middle of the garden,(B) as well as the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.(C)

10 A river went[a] out from Eden to water the garden. From there it divided and became the source of four rivers.[b]
