3 摩西為岳父米甸祭司葉忒羅放羊。一天他領著羊群穿越曠野，來到上帝的山——何烈山。 2 忽然有耶和華的天使在荊棘裡的火焰中向他顯現。摩西看見荊棘雖然在燃燒，卻沒有被燒毀。 3 摩西想：「我要過去看這個奇異的景象，荊棘為什麼沒有被燒掉呢？」 4 耶和華上帝見他要上前觀看，就從荊棘叢中呼喚他說：「摩西！摩西！」摩西說：「我在這裡。」 5 上帝說：「別再靠近，脫下你腳上的鞋子，因為你所站的地方是聖地。」 6 又說：「我是你祖先的上帝，是亞伯拉罕的上帝，以撒的上帝，雅各的上帝。」摩西害怕看上帝，就把臉蒙起來。 7 耶和華說：「我已經看見我子民在埃及所受的苦難，聽見了他們因監工的壓迫而發出的呼求。我知道他們的痛苦。 8 我下來是要從埃及人手中救他們，帶他們離開那裡，到一個遼闊肥沃的奶蜜之鄉，就是現在迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人、希未人和耶布斯人居住的地方。 9 現在，以色列人的呼求傳到我耳中，我也看到了埃及人怎樣壓迫他們。 10 現在去吧，我要派你到法老那裡，帶領我的以色列子民離開埃及。」 11 但摩西對上帝說：「我是誰啊？怎麼能去見法老，把以色列人從埃及領出來呢？」 12 上帝說：「我必與你同在，你帶百姓離開埃及後，你們必在這座山上事奉我——這將是我派你去的證據。」 13 摩西問上帝：「假如我到以色列人那裡，對他們說，『你們祖先的上帝派我來你們這裡。』他們如果問我，『祂叫什麼名字？』我該怎樣回答他們呢？」 14 上帝對摩西說：「我是自有永有者。你要這樣回答以色列人，『那位自有永有者派我到你們這裡。』」 15 上帝又對摩西說：「你要告訴以色列人是我派遣你到他們那裡，我是他們祖先的上帝耶和華，是亞伯拉罕的上帝，以撒的上帝，雅各的上帝。耶和華是我的名字，直到永遠，世世代代的人都要這樣稱呼我。 16 你去招聚以色列的長老，對他們說，『你們祖先的上帝耶和華，就是亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的上帝向我顯現，說祂關切你們，知道你們在埃及的遭遇。 17 祂應許要帶領你們脫離在埃及所受的苦難，到迦南人、赫人、亞摩利人、比利洗人，希未人和耶布斯人住的地方，那裡是奶蜜之鄉。』 18 以色列的長老們必定聽從你的話，你就跟他們一起去見埃及王，對他說，『希伯來人的上帝耶和華向我們顯現。現在請你容許我們走三天的路程，到曠野去，向我們的上帝耶和華獻祭。』 19 我也知道除非我用大能的手向他施壓，不然埃及王不會讓你們離開。 20 因此，我必伸手行各種神蹟攻擊埃及，之後他必讓你們離開。 21 我必使埃及人恩待你們，好叫你們不致空手離開埃及。 22 你們的婦女只管向埃及鄰居及住在鄰居家的婦女索取金器、銀器和衣服，給自己的兒女穿戴，你們必這樣奪取埃及人的財物。」

3 Moïse faisait paître le troupeau de Jéthro, son beau-père, sacrificateur de Madian; et il mena le troupeau derrière le désert, et vint à la montagne de Dieu, à Horeb.
2 L'ange de l'Éternel lui apparut dans une flamme de feu, au milieu d'un buisson. Moïse regarda; et voici, le buisson était tout en feu, et le buisson ne se consumait point.
3 Moïse dit: Je veux me détourner pour voir quelle est cette grande vision, et pourquoi le buisson ne se consume point.
4 L'Éternel vit qu'il se détournait pour voir; et Dieu l'appela du milieu du buisson, et dit: Moïse! Moïse! Et il répondit: Me voici!
5 Dieu dit: N'approche pas d'ici, ôte tes souliers de tes pieds, car le lieu sur lequel tu te tiens est une terre sainte.
6 Et il ajouta: Je suis le Dieu de ton père, le Dieu d'Abraham, le Dieu d'Isaac et le Dieu de Jacob. Moïse se cacha le visage, car il craignait de regarder Dieu.
7 L'Éternel dit: J'ai vu la souffrance de mon peuple qui est en Égypte, et j'ai entendu les cris que lui font pousser ses oppresseurs, car je connais ses douleurs.
8 Je suis descendu pour le délivrer de la main des Égyptiens, et pour le faire monter de ce pays dans un bon et vaste pays, dans un pays où coulent le lait et le miel, dans les lieux qu'habitent les Cananéens, les Héthiens, les Amoréens, les Phéréziens, les Héviens et les Jébusiens.
9 Voici, les cris d'Israël sont venus jusqu'à moi, et j'ai vu l'oppression que leur font souffrir les Égyptiens.
10 Maintenant, va, je t'enverrai auprès de Pharaon, et tu feras sortir d'Égypte mon peuple, les enfants d'Israël.
11 Moïse dit à Dieu: Qui suis-je, pour aller vers Pharaon, et pour faire sortir d'Égypte les enfants d'Israël?
12 Dieu dit: Je serai avec toi; et ceci sera pour toi le signe que c'est moi qui t'envoie: quand tu auras fait sortir d'Égypte le peuple, vous servirez Dieu sur cette montagne.
13 Moïse dit à Dieu: J'irai donc vers les enfants d'Israël, et je leur dirai: Le Dieu de vos pères m'envoie vers vous. Mais, s'ils me demandent quel est son nom, que leur répondrai-je?
14 Dieu dit à Moïse: Je suis celui qui suis. Et il ajouta: C'est ainsi que tu répondras aux enfants d'Israël: Celui qui s'appelle 'je suis'm'a envoyé vers vous.
15 Dieu dit encore à Moïse: Tu parleras ainsi aux enfants d'Israël: L'Éternel, le Dieu de vos pères, le Dieu d'Abraham, le Dieu d'Isaac et le Dieu de Jacob, m'envoie vers vous. Voilà mon nom pour l'éternité, voilà mon nom de génération en génération.
16 Va, rassemble les anciens d'Israël, et dis-leur: L'Éternel, le Dieu de vos pères, m'est apparu, le Dieu d'Abraham, d'Isaac et de Jacob. Il a dit: Je vous ai vus, et j'ai vu ce qu'on vous fait en Égypte,
17 et j'ai dit: Je vous ferai monter de l'Égypte, où vous souffrez, dans le pays des Cananéens, des Héthiens, des Amoréens, des Phéréziens, des Héviens et des Jébusiens, dans un pays où coulent le lait et le miel.
18 Ils écouteront ta voix; et tu iras, toi et les anciens d'Israël, auprès du roi d'Égypte, et vous lui direz: L'Éternel, le Dieu des Hébreux, nous est apparu. Permets-nous de faire trois journées de marche dans le désert, pour offrir des sacrifices à l'Éternel, notre Dieu.
19 Je sais que le roi d'Égypte ne vous laissera point aller, si ce n'est par une main puissante.
20 J'étendrai ma main, et je frapperai l'Égypte par toutes sortes de prodiges que je ferai au milieu d'elle. Après quoi, il vous laissera aller.
21 Je ferai même trouver grâce à ce peuple aux yeux des Égyptiens, et quand vous partirez, vous ne partirez point à vide.
22 Chaque femme demandera à sa voisine et à celle qui demeure dans sa maison des vases d'argent, des vases d'or, et des vêtements, que vous mettrez sur vos fils et vos filles. Et vous dépouillerez les Égyptiens.

3 Муса пас отару своего тестя Иофора, мадианского жреца. Он повёл её далеко в пустыню и пришёл к горе Всевышнего, к Синаю[a]. 2 Там Ангел Вечного[b] явился ему в пламени[c] из среды куста. Муса увидел, что объятый огнём куст не сгорал, 3 и подумал: «Пойду и посмотрю на это великое чудо – куст, который не сгорает».
4 Когда Вечный увидел, что Муса подошёл посмотреть, Он позвал его из куста:
– Муса! Муса!
Муса ответил:
– Вот я.
5 – Не подходи ближе, – сказал Всевышний. – Сними свою обувь, потому что место, на котором ты стоишь, – святая земля.[d]
6 И добавил:
– Я – Бог твоих предков, Бог Ибрахима, Бог Исхака и Бог Якуба.
Услышав это, Муса закрыл лицо, потому что боялся смотреть на Всевышнего.
7 Вечный сказал:
– Я увидел, как страдает в Египте Мой народ. Я услышал, как стонут они под властью надсмотрщиков, и узнал об их муках. 8 Я сошёл, чтобы избавить исраильтян от ига египтян и вывести их из этой земли в добрую, просторную землю, где течёт молоко и мёд, – в край хананеев, хеттов, аморреев, перизеев, иевусеев и хивеев. 9 И вот, вопль исраильтян дошёл до Меня. – Вот, я пойду к исраильтянам и скажу им: «Бог ваших предков послал меня к вам», а они спросят: «Как Его имя?» Что мне ответить им?
14 Всевышний ответил Мусе:
– Я Тот, Кто Я Есть. Скажи исраильтянам: «„Я Есть“ послал меня к вам».
15 Ещё Всевышний сказал Мусе:
– Скажи исраильтянам: «Вечный[f], Бог ваших предков – Бог Ибрахима, Бог Исхака и Бог Якуба, послал меня к вам». Вот Моё имя навеки. Так Меня будут называть из поколения в поколение. 16 Иди, собери старейшин Исраила и скажи им: «Вечный, Бог ваших предков – Бог Ибрахима, Бог Исхака и Бог Якуба, явился мне и сказал: „Я наблюдал за вами и увидел, как с вами обращаются в Египте. 17 Я обещаю вывести вас из Египта, где вы бедствуете, в землю хананеев, хеттов, аморреев, перизеев, иевусеев и хивеев – в землю, где течёт молоко и мёд“». 18 Старейшины Исраила послушают тебя. Тогда ты и старейшины пойдёте к царю Египта и скажете ему: «Вечный, Бог евреев, явился нам. Отпусти нас на три дня в пустыню принести жертвы Вечному, нашему Богу». 19 Я знаю, царь Египта не отпустит вас, если не принудить его могучей рукой. 20 Поэтому Я протяну руку и поражу Египет чудесами, которые Я в нём совершу. После этого он отпустит вас. 21 Я сделаю так, что египтяне хорошо отнесутся к вам и вы не уйдёте с пустыми руками. 22 Пусть каждая женщина попросит у соседки-египтянки и у любой женщины, живущей в её доме, серебряных и золотых вещей и одежды. Вы наденете это на своих сыновей и дочерей. Так вы оберёте египтян.

Moses and the Burning Bush
3 Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro(A) his father-in-law, the priest of Midian,(B) and he led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb,(C) the mountain(D) of God. 2 There the angel of the Lord(E) appeared to him in flames of fire(F) from within a bush.(G) Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. 3 So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.”
4 When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called(H) to him from within the bush,(I) “Moses! Moses!”
And Moses said, “Here I am.”(J)
5 “Do not come any closer,”(K) God said. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.”(L) 6 Then he said, “I am the God of your father,[a] the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.”(M) At this, Moses hid(N) his face, because he was afraid to look at God.(O)
7 The Lord said, “I have indeed seen(P) the misery(Q) of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned(R) about their suffering.(S) 8 So I have come down(T) to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land,(U) a land flowing with milk and honey(V)—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites(W) and Jebusites.(X) 9 And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing(Y) them. 10 So now, go. I am sending(Z) you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”(AA)
11 But Moses said to God, “Who am I(AB) that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”
12 And God said, “I will be with you.(AC) And this will be the sign(AD) to you that it is I who have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you[b] will worship God on this mountain.(AE)”
13 Moses said to God, “Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’(AF) Then what shall I tell them?”
14 God said to Moses, “I am who I am.[c] This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am(AG) has sent me to you.’”
15 God also said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites, ‘The Lord,[d] the God of your fathers(AH)—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob(AI)—has sent me to you.’
16 “Go, assemble the elders(AL) of Israel and say to them, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob(AM)—appeared to me and said: I have watched over you and have seen(AN) what has been done to you in Egypt. 17 And I have promised to bring you up out of your misery in Egypt(AO) into the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites—a land flowing with milk and honey.’(AP)
18 “The elders of Israel will listen(AQ) to you. Then you and the elders are to go to the king of Egypt and say to him, ‘The Lord, the God of the Hebrews,(AR) has met(AS) with us. Let us take a three-day journey(AT) into the wilderness to offer sacrifices(AU) to the Lord our God.’ 19 But I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go unless a mighty hand(AV) compels him. 20 So I will stretch out my hand(AW) and strike the Egyptians with all the wonders(AX) that I will perform among them. After that, he will let you go.(AY)
21 “And I will make the Egyptians favorably disposed(AZ) toward this people, so that when you leave you will not go empty-handed.(BA) 22 Every woman is to ask her neighbor and any woman living in her house for articles of silver(BB) and gold(BC) and for clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters. And so you will plunder(BD) the Egyptians.”(BE)

Llamamiento de Moisés
3 Apacentando Moisés las ovejas de su suegro Jetro, sacerdote de Madián, llevó las ovejas a través del desierto y llegó hasta Horeb, monte de Dios. 2 Allí se le apareció el Ángel de Jehová en una llama de fuego, en medio de una zarza. Al fijarse, vio que la zarza ardía en fuego, pero la zarza no se consumía. 3 Entonces Moisés se dijo: «Iré ahora para contemplar esta gran visión, por qué causa la zarza no se quema.»
4 Cuando Jehová vio que él iba a mirar, lo llamó de en medio de la zarza:
—¡Moisés, Moisés!
—Aquí estoy —respondió él.
5 Dios le dijo:
—No te acerques; quita el calzado de tus pies, porque el lugar en que tú estás, tierra santa es.
6 Y añadió:
—Yo soy el Dios de tu padre, el Dios de Abraham, el Dios de Isaac y el Dios de Jacob.
Entonces Moisés cubrió su rostro, porque tuvo miedo de mirar a Dios.
7 Dijo luego Jehová:
—Bien he visto la aflicción de mi pueblo que está en Egipto, y he oído su clamor a causa de sus opresores, pues he conocido sus angustias. 8 Por eso he descendido para librarlos de manos de los egipcios y sacarlos de aquella tierra a una tierra buena y ancha, a una tierra que fluye leche y miel, a los lugares del cananeo, del heteo, del amorreo, del ferezeo, del heveo y del jebuseo. 9 El clamor, pues, de los hijos de Israel ha llegado ante mí, y también he visto la opresión con que los egipcios los oprimen. 10 Ven, por tanto, ahora, y te enviaré al faraón para que saques de Egipto a mi pueblo, a los hijos de Israel.
11 Entonces Moisés respondió a Dios:
—¿Quién soy yo para que vaya al faraón y saque de Egipto a los hijos de Israel?
12 Dios le respondió:
—Yo estaré contigo; y esto te será por señal de que yo te he enviado: cuando hayas sacado de Egipto al pueblo, serviréis a Dios sobre este monte.
13 Dijo Moisés a Dios:
—Si voy a los hijos de Israel y les digo: “Jehová, el Dios de vuestros padres, me ha enviado a vosotros”, me preguntarán: “¿Cuál es su nombre?” Entonces ¿qué les responderé?
14 Respondió Dios a Moisés:
—“Yo soy el que soy.”
Y añadió:
—Así dirás a los hijos de Israel: “‘Yo soy’ me envió a vosotros.”
15 Además, Dios dijo a Moisés:
—Así dirás a los hijos de Israel: “Jehová, el Dios de vuestros padres, el Dios de Abraham, el Dios de Isaac y el Dios de Jacob, me ha enviado a vosotros.” Éste es mi nombre para siempre; con él se me recordará por todos los siglos. 16 Ve, reúne a los ancianos de Israel y diles: “Jehová, el Dios de vuestros padres, el Dios de Abraham, de Isaac y de Jacob, se me apareció y me dijo: En verdad os he visitado y he visto lo que se os hace en Egipto. 17 Y he dicho: Yo os sacaré de la aflicción de Egipto a la tierra del cananeo, del heteo, del amorreo, del ferezeo, del heveo y del jebuseo, a una tierra que fluye leche y miel.” 18 Ellos oirán tu voz; tú irás con los ancianos de Israel al rey de Egipto y le dirás: “Jehová, el Dios de los hebreos, se nos ha manifestado; por tanto, nosotros iremos ahora tres días de camino por el desierto a ofrecer sacrificios a Jehová, nuestro Dios.” 19 Yo sé que el rey de Egipto no os dejará ir sino por la fuerza. 20 Pero yo extenderé mi mano y heriré a Egipto con todas las maravillas que obraré en el país, y entonces os dejará ir. 21 Yo haré que este pueblo halle gracia a los ojos de los egipcios, para que cuando salgáis no vayáis con las manos vacías, 22 sino que cada mujer pedirá a su vecina, y a la que se hospeda en su casa, alhajas de plata, alhajas de oro y vestidos, los cuales pondréis sobre vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas. Así despojaréis a los egipcios.
