Acts 16:2-4
New International Version
2 The believers(A) at Lystra and Iconium(B) spoke well of him. 3 Paul wanted to take him along on the journey, so he circumcised him because of the Jews who lived in that area, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.(C) 4 As they traveled from town to town, they delivered the decisions reached by the apostles and elders(D) in Jerusalem(E) for the people to obey.(F)

2 who was being attested by the brothers in Lystra and Iconium. 3 Paul wanted this one to go forth with him. And having taken him, he circumcised him because of the Jews being in those places, for they all knew that his father was a Greek. 4 And as they were proceeding through the cities, they were delivering[a] to them the decrees[b] to be keeping[c] having been determined[d] by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem.
