Acts 13:20-22
New International Version
20 All this took about 450 years.
“After this, God gave them judges(A) until the time of Samuel the prophet.(B) 21 Then the people asked for a king,(C) and he gave them Saul(D) son of Kish, of the tribe of Benjamin,(E) who ruled forty years. 22 After removing Saul,(F) he made David their king.(G) God testified concerning him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart;(H) he will do everything I want him to do.’(I)

20 “After that (A)He gave them judges for about four hundred and fifty years, (B)until Samuel the prophet. 21 (C)And afterward they asked for a king; so God gave them (D)Saul the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years. 22 And (E)when He had removed him, (F)He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, (G)‘I have found David the son of Jesse, (H)a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.’
