44 彼得还在讲这些话的时候，圣灵降临在每个听这话语的人身上。 45 所有陪彼得一起来的割礼派的[a]信徒，看见所赐的圣灵[b]也被倾注在外邦人身上，都十分惊讶， 46 因为他们听见外邦人说着殊言[c]，又尊神为大。
于是彼得说：

44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on(A) all who heard the message. 45 The circumcised believers who had come with Peter(B) were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out(C) even on Gentiles.(D) 46 For they heard them speaking in tongues[a](E) and praising God.
