葡萄園之歌
27 到那日，耶和華要施用他銳利、巨大和有力的刀，懲罰鱷魚，就是那快行的蛇；懲罰鱷魚，就是那曲行的蛇；並且要殺海中的大龍。
2 到那日，
有個出酒的葡萄園，你們必指著這園歌唱說：
3 “我耶和華是看守葡萄園的；
我時刻澆灌著它，
並且為免有人毀壞它，
我日夜都看守著。
4 我再沒有忿怒，
若荊棘和蒺藜與我交戰，
我就上前踐踏它們，把它們全部焚毀。
5 除非他們抓住我作他們的避難所，
與我和好，
與我和好。”
6 在將來的日子裡，雅各要扎根，
以色列要發芽開花，
他們的果實必遍布地面。
以色列民受罰
7 耶和華擊打以色列人，豈像擊打那些擊打他們的呢？
主殺戮以色列人，豈像殺戮那些殺戮他們的呢？
8 不，你只是漸漸地，藉著他們被擄與他們相爭；
在吹東風的日子，就用暴風把他們逐去。
9 藉此，雅各的罪孽才得赦免；
他的罪過得以除掉的條件全都在於此，
就是他叫祭壇上所有的石頭都變為破碎的灰石，
使亞舍拉和香壇不再豎立。
10 堅固的城變為淒涼，
成了被撇下、被放棄的居所，像曠野一樣；
牛犢必在那裡吃草，
在那裡躺臥，並且吃盡那裡的樹枝。
以色列民回歸
11 枝條枯乾了，就必被折斷；
婦女必來，拿去生火，
因為這人民愚昧無知，
所以他們的創造主不憐憫他們，
那造成他們的，不向他們施恩。
12 到那日，耶和華要從幼發拉底的溪流，直到埃及小河，收集他的穀物；以色列人哪！你們必一個一個被撿拾回來。 13 到那日，必有大號角吹響，那些在亞述地快要滅亡的，以及那些被趕散在埃及地的，都要前來，在耶路撒冷的聖山上敬拜耶和華。

27 Vào ngày ấy,
CHÚA sẽ dùng gươm cứng,
Lớn và mạnh để trừng phạt:
Lê-vi-a-than, là con rắn lanh lẹ,
Phạt Lê-vi-a-than, là con rắn uốn khúc.
Ngài sẽ giết con rồng dưới biển.
2 Vào ngày ấy
“Hãy hát về một vườn nho sinh rượu.[a]
3 Chính Ta, CHÚA là Đấng canh giữ nó,
Ta thường xuyên tưới nước.
Ta sẽ canh giữ nó ngày đêm
Kẻo có người phá hại chăng.
4 Ta không nóng giận.
Nhưng nếu nó chỉ sinh chà chuôm và gai gốc cho Ta,
Ta sẽ ra trận nghịch chúng nó,
Ta sẽ thiêu đốt chúng nó cùng với nhau.
5 Trừ phi chúng nó nhờ Ta bảo vệ,
Hãy làm hòa với Ta,
Hãy làm hòa với Ta.”
6 Trong những ngày đến, Gia-cốp sẽ đâm rễ,
Y-sơ-ra-ên sẽ nẩy mầm và trổ hoa;
Trái đầy trên khắp thế giới.
7 Có phải CHÚA đã đánh chúng
Như Ngài đã đánh kẻ đánh chúng không?
Hay chúng có bị giết
Như những kẻ đã giết hại chúng bị giết không?
8 Cùng một cách ấy[b] Ngài bằng lòng[c] để cho chúng nó bị lưu đày.
Ngài dùng ngọn gió mạnh dời chúng đi
Trong ngày gió đông thổi.
9 Cho nên, nhờ điều này mà tội của Gia-cốp sẽ được tha;
Và đây sẽ là tất cả kết quả sự xóa bỏ tội lỗi nó đi
Khi nó làm cho tất cả đá bàn thờ
Như đá vôi bị đập nát;
Không còn tượng Át-tạc-tê
Hay bàn thờ dâng hương đứng vững.
10 Vì thành bền vững đã trở nên hoang vắng,
Nơi định cư đã bị bỏ hoang và quên lãng như sa mạc.
Ở đó bò tơ ăn cỏ;
Ở đó nó nằm
Và gặm các cành cây.
11 Khi cành khô gãy;
Các phụ nữ đến lấy mà nhóm lửa.
Vì dân này không hiểu biết
Nên Đấng làm nên chúng không thương xót
Và Đấng tạo ra chúng không ban ơn cho.
12 Vào ngày ấy CHÚA sẽ đập lúa từ sông Ê-phơ-rát[d] đến suối Ai Cập; hỡi con cái Y-sơ-ra-ên, các ngươi sẽ được thu nhặt từng người một. 13 Vào ngày ấy, có tiếng kèn lớn thổi lên; những kẻ thất lạc trên đất A-si-ri và những kẻ bị lưu đày trên đất Ai Cập sẽ đến thờ phượng CHÚA trên núi thánh tại Giê-ru-sa-lem.

Deliverance of Israel
27 In that day,(A)
the Lord will punish with his sword(B)—
his fierce, great and powerful sword—
Leviathan(C) the gliding serpent,(D)
Leviathan the coiling serpent;
he will slay the monster(E) of the sea.
2 In that day(F)—
“Sing(G) about a fruitful vineyard:(H)
3 I, the Lord, watch over it;
I water(I) it continually.
I guard(J) it day and night
so that no one may harm(K) it.
4 I am not angry.
If only there were briers and thorns confronting me!
I would march against them in battle;
I would set them all on fire.(L)
5 Or else let them come to me for refuge;(M)
let them make peace(N) with me,
yes, let them make peace with me.”
6 In days to come Jacob will take root,(O)
Israel will bud and blossom(P)
and fill all the world with fruit.(Q)
7 Has the Lord struck her
as he struck(R) down those who struck her?
Has she been killed
as those were killed who killed her?
8 By warfare[a] and exile(S) you contend with her—
with his fierce blast he drives her out,
as on a day the east wind(T) blows.
9 By this, then, will Jacob’s guilt be atoned(U) for,
and this will be the full fruit of the removal of his sin:(V)
When he makes all the altar stones(W)
to be like limestone crushed to pieces,
no Asherah poles[b](X) or incense altars(Y)
will be left standing.
10 The fortified city stands desolate,(Z)
an abandoned settlement, forsaken(AA) like the wilderness;
there the calves graze,(AB)
there they lie down;(AC)
they strip its branches bare.
11 When its twigs are dry, they are broken off(AD)
and women come and make fires(AE) with them.
For this is a people without understanding;(AF)
so their Maker has no compassion on them,
and their Creator(AG) shows them no favor.(AH)
12 In that day the Lord will thresh(AI) from the flowing Euphrates to the Wadi of Egypt,(AJ) and you, Israel, will be gathered(AK) up one by one. 13 And in that day(AL) a great trumpet(AM) will sound. Those who were perishing in Assyria and those who were exiled(AN) in Egypt(AO) will come and worship(AP) the Lord on the holy mountain(AQ) in Jerusalem.

27 In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
2 In that day sing ye unto her, A vineyard of red wine.
3 I the Lord do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it night and day.
4 Fury is not in me: who would set the briers and thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together.
5 Or let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me; and he shall make peace with me.
6 He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.
7 Hath he smitten him, as he smote those that smote him? or is he slain according to the slaughter of them that are slain by him?
8 In measure, when it shooteth forth, thou wilt debate with it: he stayeth his rough wind in the day of the east wind.
9 By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit to take away his sin; when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, the groves and images shall not stand up.
10 Yet the defenced city shall be desolate, and the habitation forsaken, and left like a wilderness: there shall the calf feed, and there shall he lie down, and consume the branches thereof.
11 When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off: the women come, and set them on fire: for it is a people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have mercy on them, and he that formed them will shew them no favour.
12 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.
13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the Lord in the holy mount at Jerusalem.
