末日万民必归耶和华殿之山

2 亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚得默示，论到犹大和耶路撒冷。

²末后的日子，耶和华殿的山必坚立超乎诸山，高举过于万岭，万民都要流归这山。 ³必有许多国的民前往，说：“来吧！我们登耶和华的山，奔雅各神的殿。主必将他的道教训我们，我们也要行他的路，因为训诲必出于锡安，耶和华的言语必出于耶路撒冷。” ⁴他必在列国中施行审判，为许多国民断定是非。他们要将刀打成犁头，把枪打成镰刀。这国不举刀攻击那国，他们也不再学习战事。

⁵雅各家啊，来吧，我们在耶和华的光明中行走！ ⁶耶和华，你离弃了你百姓雅各家，是因他们充满了东方的风俗，做观兆的，像非利士人一样，并与外邦人击掌。 ⁷他们的国满了金银，财宝也无穷；他们的地满了马匹，车辆也无数。 ⁸他们的地满了偶像，他们跪拜自己手所造的，就是自己指头所做的。 ⁹卑贱人屈膝，尊贵人下跪，所以不可饶恕他们。 ¹⁰你当进入岩穴，藏在土中，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。 ¹¹到那日，眼目高傲的必降为卑，性情狂傲的都必屈膝，唯独耶和华被尊崇。

耶和华独见崇高

¹²必有万军耶和华降罚的一个日子，要临到骄傲狂妄的，一切自高的都必降为卑； ¹³又临到黎巴嫩高大的香柏树和巴珊的橡树； ¹⁴又临到一切高山的峻岭； ¹⁵又临到高台和坚固城墙； ¹⁶又临到他施的船只，并一切可爱的美物。 ¹⁷骄傲的必屈膝，狂妄的必降卑，在那日，唯独耶和华被尊崇。

偶像全被废弃

¹⁸偶像必全然废弃。 ¹⁹耶和华兴起使地大震动的时候，人就进入石洞，进入土穴，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。 ²⁰到那日，人必将为拜而造的金偶像、银偶像抛给田鼠和蝙蝠。 ²¹到耶和华兴起使地大震动的时候，人好进入磐石洞中和岩石穴里，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。 ²²你们休要倚靠世人，他鼻孔里不过有气息，他在一切事上可算什么呢？

The Mountain of the Lord

2 The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.

²^(A)It shall come to pass in the latter days
    that ^(B)the mountain of the house of the Lord
shall be established as the highest of the mountains,
    and shall be lifted up above the hills;
and ^(C)all the nations shall flow to it,
³    and ^(D)many peoples shall come, and say:
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
    to the house of the God of Jacob,
that he may teach us his ways
    and that we may walk in his paths.”
For ^(E)out of Zion shall go forth the law,^[a]
    and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
⁴He shall judge between the nations,
    and shall decide disputes for many peoples;
^(F)and they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
    and their spears into pruning hooks;
^(G)nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
    neither shall they learn war anymore.

⁵O house of Jacob,
come, let us walk
in ^(H)the light of the Lord.

The Day of the Lord

⁶For you have rejected your people,
    the house of Jacob,
because they are full of things ^(I)from the east
    and ^(J)of fortune-tellers ^(K)like the Philistines,
    and they ^(L)strike hands with the children of foreigners.
⁷Their land is ^(M)filled with silver and gold,
    and there is no end to their treasures;
their land is ^(N)filled with horses,
    and there is no end to their chariots.
⁸Their land is ^(O)filled with idols;
    they bow down to ^(P)the work of their hands,
    to what their own fingers have made.
⁹So man ^(Q)is humbled,
    and each one ^(R)is brought low—
    do not forgive them!
¹⁰^(S)Enter into the rock
    and hide in the dust
^(T)from before the terror of the Lord,
    and from the splendor of his majesty.
¹¹^(U)The haughty looks of man shall be brought low,
    and the lofty pride of men shall be humbled,
and the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.

¹²^(V)For the Lord of hosts has a day
    against all that is proud and lofty,
    against all that is lifted up—and it shall be brought low;
¹³against all the ^(W)cedars of Lebanon,
    lofty and lifted up;
    and against all the ^(X)oaks of Bashan;
¹⁴against all ^(Y)the lofty mountains,
    and against all the uplifted hills;
¹⁵against every high tower,
    and against every fortified wall;
¹⁶against all ^(Z)the ships of Tarshish,
    and against all the beautiful craft.
¹⁷^(AA)And the haughtiness of man shall be humbled,
    and the lofty pride of men shall be brought low,
    and the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.
¹⁸^(AB)And the idols shall utterly pass away.
¹⁹^(AC)And people shall enter the caves of the rocks
    and the holes of the ground,^[b]
from before the terror of the Lord,
    and from the splendor of his majesty,
    ^(AD)when he rises to terrify the earth.

²⁰In that day ^(AE)mankind will cast away
    their idols of silver and their idols of gold,
which they made for themselves to worship,
    to the moles and to the ^(AF)bats,
²¹^(AG)to enter the caverns of the rocks
    and the clefts of the cliffs,
from before the terror of the Lord,
    and from the splendor of his majesty,
    ^(AH)when he rises to terrify the earth.
²²^(AI)Stop regarding man
    ^(AJ)in whose nostrils is breath,
    for of what account is he?
