Isaiah 12
Living Bible
12 On that day you will say, “Praise the Lord! He was angry with me, but now he comforts me. 2 See, God has come to save me! I will trust and not be afraid, for the Lord is my strength and song; he is my salvation. 3 Oh, the joy of drinking deeply from the Fountain of Salvation!”
4 In that wonderful day you will say, “Thank the Lord! Praise his name! Tell the world about his wondrous love.[a] How mighty he is!” 5 Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world. 6 Let all the people of Jerusalem shout his praise with joy. For great and mighty is the Holy One of Israel, who lives among you.

Chapter 12
Song of Thanksgiving[a]
1 On that day, you will say:
I give you thanks, O Lord;
though you have been angry with me,
your anger has abated, and you have consoled me.
2 God indeed is my salvation;
I am confident and unafraid.
For the Lord is my strength and my might,
and he has been my salvation.(A)
3 With joy you will draw water
from the fountains of salvation,(B)
4 And you will say on that day:
give thanks to the Lord, acclaim his name;
Among the nations make known his deeds,
proclaim how exalted is his name.(C)
5 Sing praise to the Lord for he has done glorious things;
let this be known throughout all the earth.(D)
6 Shout with exultation, City of Zion,
for great in your midst
is the Holy One of Israel!(E)
