39 “人子啊，你要发预言斥责歌革，告诉他，主耶和华这样说，‘米设和土巴的首领歌革啊，我要与你为敌。 2 我要把你调转过来，使你从遥远的北方来到以色列的山中。 3 我要打掉你左手的弓，击落你右手的箭。 4 你和你的军队以及与你同来的各国联军都要倒毙在以色列的山岭上，我要把你们的尸体给各种猛禽野兽作食物。 5 你必倒毙在田野之间，因为我已经宣告。这是主耶和华说的。 6 我要火烧安居在玛各和海岛的人，他们就知道我是耶和华。
7 “‘我要让我的以色列子民知道我的圣名，不再让我的圣名被亵渎。这样列国就知道我是耶和华——以色列的圣者。 8 我所说的日子将要来临，一切必然实现。这是主耶和华说的。
9 “‘以色列各城邑的居民都要出去捡兵器当柴烧，其中包括大小的盾牌、弓箭、矛枪等，足够用七年。 10 他们不必到田间拾柴，或到林中伐木，因为有兵器当燃料。他们要抢夺那些抢夺过他们的人，掳掠那些掳掠过他们的人。这是主耶和华说的。
11 “‘那一天我要把以色列境内、通往盐海东边的旅客之谷作为歌革的坟地，埋葬他和他的军队。这坟地将截断行人的去路，因此人称那地方为哈们·歌革谷。 12 以色列人要用七个月来埋葬他们，使那地方洁净。 13 以色列人都来埋葬他们。我彰显荣耀的那天将是以色列人扬眉吐气的日子。这是主耶和华说的。 14 七个月后，他们会派人不断巡视那里，埋葬遗留在地面上的尸体，使那里洁净。 15 如果巡视的人发现了骸骨，便在旁边立一个标记，好叫负责埋葬的人将骸骨埋葬在哈们·歌革谷。 16 他们要这样使那地方洁净。那里有一座城叫哈摩那[a]。’
17 “人子啊，主耶和华说，‘你要召唤各类飞鸟和野兽，让它们聚集起来，从四面八方来赴我为它们预备的祭宴，就是以色列山岭上的大祭宴，在那里吃肉饮血。 18 它们将吃到勇士的肉，喝到君王的血，好像吃公绵羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛这些巴珊的肥畜。 19 它们要在我为它们设的祭宴中任意吃肉饮血，直到吃饱喝醉为止。 20 它们在我的宴席上要饱餐战马、车夫、勇士和军人的肉。这是主耶和华说的。
21 “‘我要在各国中彰显我的荣耀，使他们看见我如何用大能审判歌革。 22 从那天起，以色列必知道我是他们的上帝耶和华。 23 列国必知道以色列人被掳走是因为他们犯罪背叛我，以致我掩面不顾他们，把他们交在敌人手中，让他们丧身刀下。 24 我照他们的污秽和罪恶报应他们，掩面不顾他们。’
25 “因此，主耶和华说，‘我要使雅各被掳的人回到故土，我要怜悯全以色列人，热心维护我的圣名。 26 当他们在故土安居，没有人来威胁他们的时候，他们就会忘记自己所有的羞辱和得罪我的恶事。 27 我从列国把他们领回，从敌国把他们召回来的时候，我要借着他们向列国彰显我的圣洁。 28 我让他们被掳到各国，将来必召集他们返回故土，不撇下一人。这样，他们便知道我是他们的上帝耶和华。 29 我不再掩面不顾以色列人，因为我要把我的灵浇灌在他们身上。这是主耶和华说的。’”

39 “人子啊！你要向歌革說預言：‘主耶和華這樣說：羅施、米設和土巴的首領歌革啊！我要與你為敵。 2 我要使你轉過來，帶你從北方的極處上來，領你去攻擊以色列的眾山。 3 然後，我要擊落你左手的弓，打落你右手的箭。 4 你必倒在以色列的眾山之上，你所有的軍隊和跟你在一起的萬族，都必這樣；我要把你給各種食肉的飛鳥和田野的走獸作食物。 5 你必倒在田野，因為我已經說過了。這是主耶和華的宣告。 6 我必降火在瑪各和安居在沿海地帶的人身上，他們就知道我是耶和華。
7 “‘我要在我子民以色列中彰顯我的聖名，我必不再讓我的聖名被褻瀆；這樣，列國就知道我是耶和華，是以色列中的聖者。 8 看哪！那日子臨近了，事情必定應驗，這就是我所說過的那一天。這是主耶和華的宣告。
9 “‘那時，以色列各城的居民必出來，把武器當柴焚燒，就是大小的盾牌、弓、箭、槍和矛，都當柴焚燒，足有七年的時間。 10 他們不必從田野撿柴，也不必從樹林裡伐木，因為他們必把武器當柴燒；他們必搶劫那些曾搶劫他們的人，掠奪那些掠奪他們的人。這是主耶和華的宣告。
埋葬歌革之地
11 “‘到那日，我必在以色列給歌革一塊墳地，就是那些朝東往死海去的人所經過的谷。這墳地使過路之人無法通過，因為那裡埋葬了歌革和他的眾軍。因此，那地必稱為哈們．歌革谷。 12 以色列家要用七個月的時間去埋葬他們，為要潔淨那地。 13 那地所有的人民都必埋葬他們。這是我得榮耀的日子，以色列人也必因此得享美名。這是主耶和華的宣告。 14 他們必分派人經常遍行那地，與過路的人一起埋葬那些還留在地面上的屍體，為要潔淨那地；過了七個月，他們還要繼續搜索。 15 他們遍行那地，見有人的骸骨，就在旁邊立個標記，等埋葬的人來把骸骨葬在哈們．歌革谷。 16 那裡也有一座城名叫哈摩那。他們必這樣潔淨那地。’
17 “人子啊！主耶和華這樣說：你要對各類的飛鳥和田野的走獸說：‘你們集合起來，從四圍聚集來吃我為你們所預備的祭肉。以色列眾山上要獻大祭，好叫你們吃肉喝血。 18 你們要吃勇士的肉，喝那地眾領袖的血，就如吃公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊和公牛，全部都是巴珊的肥畜。 19 你們吃我為你們所預備的祭，必吃飽脂油，喝醉了血。 20 你們必在我的筵席上吃飽馬匹、騎兵、勇士和所有的戰士。這是主耶和華的宣告。’

21 “我必在列國中彰顯我的榮耀，萬邦必看見我施行的審判，和我加在他們身上的手。 22 這樣，從那日起，以色列家就必知道我是耶和華他們的 神。 23 列國也必知道以色列家是因自己的罪孽被擄去。他們對我不忠，所以我掩面不顧他們，把他們交在敵人手中，他們就都倒在刀下。 24 我是照著他們的污穢和過犯對待他們，並且掩面不顧他們。
25 “因此，主耶和華這樣說：現在我要使雅各被擄的歸回；我要憐憫以色列全家，又為我的聖名大發熱心。 26 他們在自己的土地上安然居住、無人驚嚇的時候，就要擔當自己的羞辱和向我所犯一切不忠的罪； 27 我把他們從萬族中領回來，從仇敵之地召回來的時候，我必在他們身上向列國顯為聖。 28 我使他們被擄到列國去，後來又聚集他們到自己的土地，連一個也不再留在列國那裡。這樣，他們就知道我是耶和華他們的 神。 29 我也不再掩面不顧他們，因為我已經把我的靈澆灌在以色列家。這是主耶和華的宣告。”

39 Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
2 And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:
3 And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.
4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.
5 Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.
6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
7 So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel.
8 Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord God; this is the day whereof I have spoken.
9 And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:
10 So that they shall take no wood out of the field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord God.
11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers on the east of the sea: and it shall stop the noses of the passengers: and there shall they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they shall call it The valley of Hamongog.
12 And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.
13 Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord God.
14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.
15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.
16 And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.
17 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.
18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.
19 And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.
20 Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord God.
21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.
23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.
25 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
28 Then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord God.
