13 Для дириґетна хору. Псалом Давидів. (13-2) Доки, Господи, будеш мене забувати назавжди, доки будеш ховати від мене обличчя Своє?
2 (13-3) Як довго я буду складати в душі своїй болі, у серці своїм щодня смуток? Як довго мій ворог підноситись буде над мене?
3 (13-4) Зглянься, озвися до мене, о Господи, Боже мій! Просвітли мої очі, щоб на смерть не заснув я!
4 (13-5) Щоб мій неприятель не сказав: Я його переміг! Щоб мої вороги не раділи, як я захитаюсь!
5 (13-6) Я надію на милість Твою покладаю, моє серце радіє спасінням Твоїм!
6 (13-7) Я буду співати Господеві, бо Він добродійство для мене вчинив...

13 How long wilt thou forget me, O Lord? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
3 Consider and hear me, O Lord my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
4 Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
5 But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
6 I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

13 How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever?
(A)How long will You hide Your face from me?
2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul,
Having sorrow in my heart daily?
How long will my enemy be exalted over me?
3 Consider and hear me, O Lord my God;
(B)Enlighten my eyes,
(C)Lest I sleep the sleep of death;
4 Lest my enemy say,
“I have prevailed against him”;
Lest those who trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
5 But I have trusted in Your mercy;
My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.
6 I will sing to the Lord,
Because He has dealt bountifully with me.
