123 Поклонническа песен.
Повдигам очи към Тебе,
Който имаш Своя престол на небето!
2 (A)Ето както очите на слугите гледат към ръката на господаря им,
както очите на слугинята – към ръката на господарката ѝ,
така и нашите очи са обърнати към Господа, нашия Бог,
докато Той се смили над нас.
3 (B)Бъди милостив към нас, Господи, бъди милостив,
защото сме подложени на презрение;
4 душата ни е достатъчно преситена
на хули от надменни
и на унижение от горделиви.

123 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.
3 Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us: for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.

123 Unto You (A)I lift up my eyes,
O You (B)who dwell in the heavens.

(C)So our eyes look to the Lord our God,
Until He has mercy on us.
3 Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us!
