20:10 shall not do any work. The Sabbath is not designed as a burden, but as a blessed release from hard labor (Mark 2:27). The holiness of the day separates it to the Lord so that it is enjoyed by sharing His rest, celebrating His work of creation and redemption (Deut. 5:15).
