⁹ But ^(A)Michael ^(B)the archangel, when he disputed with the devil and argued about ^(C)the body of Moses, did not dare pronounce against him an abusive judgment, but said, “^(D)The Lord rebuke you!” ¹⁰ But ^(E)these people disparage all the things that they do not understand; and ^(F)all the things that they know by instinct, ^(G)like unreasoning animals, by these things they are destroyed.

¹⁰ and especially those who ^[a](A)indulge the flesh in its corrupt passion, and ^(B)despise ^[b]authority.

^[c]Reckless, ^(C)self-centered, they ^(D)speak abusively of angelic ^[d]majesties without trembling, ^11 (E)whereas angels who are greater in might and power do not bring a demeaning judgment against them before the Lord. ¹² But ^(F)these, like unreasoning animals, ^(G)born as creatures of instinct to be captured and killed, using abusive speech where they have no knowledge, will in ^[e]the destruction of those creatures also be destroyed,
