Revelation 12:15-17
New English Translation

15 Then[a] the serpent spouted water like a river out of his mouth after the woman in an attempt to[b] sweep her away by a flood, 16 but[c] the earth came to her rescue;[d] the ground opened up[e] and swallowed the river that the dragon had spewed from his mouth. 17 So[f] the dragon became enraged at the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her children,[g] those who keep[h] God’s commandments and hold to[i] the testimony about Jesus.[j]
