⁵ Come and see what God has done:
    he is awesome in his deeds among mortals.^(E)
6 He turned the sea into dry land;
    they passed through the river on foot.
There we rejoiced in him,^(F)
7     who rules by his might forever,
whose eyes keep watch on the nations—
    let the rebellious not exalt themselves. Selah^(G)

⁸ Bless our God, O peoples;
    let the sound of his praise be heard,^(H)
9 who has kept us among the living
    and has not let our feet slip.^(I)
10 For you, O God, have tested us;
    you have tried us as silver is tried.^(J)
11 You brought us into the net;
    you laid burdens on our backs;^(K)
12 you let people ride over our heads;
    we went through fire and through water;
yet you have brought us out to a spacious place.^[a](L)

¹³ I will come into your house with burnt offerings;
    I will pay you my vows,^(M)
14 those that my lips uttered
    and my mouth promised when I was in trouble.^(N)
15 I will offer to you burnt offerings of fatted calves,
    with the smoke of the sacrifice of rams;
I will make an offering of bulls and goats. Selah^(O)

¹⁶ Come and hear, all you who fear God,
    and I will tell what he has done for me.^(P)
17 I cried aloud to him,
    and he was extolled with my tongue.
¹⁸ If I had cherished iniquity in my heart,
    the Lord would not have listened.^(Q)
19 But truly God has listened;
    he has heard the words of my prayer.^(R)

²⁰ Blessed be God,
    who has not rejected my prayer
    or removed his steadfast love from me.^(S)

⁸ O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name,
    make known his deeds among the peoples.^(D)
9 Sing to him, sing praises to him;
    tell of all his wonderful works.
¹⁰ Glory in his holy name;
    let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.
¹¹ Seek the Lord and his strength;
    seek his presence continually.^(E)
12 Remember the wonderful works he has done,
    his miracles and the judgments he uttered,^(F)
13 O offspring of his servant Israel,
    children of Jacob, his chosen ones.

¹⁴ He is the Lord our God;
    his judgments are in all the earth.^(G)
15 Remember his covenant forever,
    the word that he commanded for a thousand generations,

²³ Sing to the Lord, all the earth.
    Tell of his salvation from day to day.^(A)
24 Declare his glory among the nations,
    his marvelous works among all the peoples.
²⁵ For great is the Lord and greatly to be praised;
    he is to be revered above all gods.^(B)
26 For all the gods of the peoples are idols,
    but the Lord made the heavens.^(C)
27 Honor and majesty are before him;
    strength and joy are in his place.

²⁸ Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples,
    ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.^(D)
29 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
    bring an offering and come before him.
Worship the Lord in holy splendor;
³⁰     tremble before him, all the earth.
    The world is firmly established; it shall never be moved.
³¹ Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice,
    and let them say among the nations, “The Lord is king!”^(E)
32 Let the sea roar and all that fills it;
    let the field exult and everything in it.^(F)
33 Then shall the trees of the forest sing for joy
    before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth.
³⁴ O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
    for his steadfast love endures forever.^(G)

“Save us, O God of our salvation,
    and gather and rescue us from among the nations,
that we may give thanks to your holy name
    and glory in your praise.^(H)
36 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel,
    from everlasting to everlasting.”
