¹⁰ Then present the Levites before the Lord, and have the Israelites lay their hands on them. ¹¹ Aaron is to present the Levites before the Lord as a presentation offering from the Israelites, so that they may perform the Lord’s work.^(A)

²² Moses did as the Lord commanded him. He took Joshua, had him stand before Eleazar the priest and the entire community, ²³ laid his hands on him, and commissioned him, as the Lord had spoken through Moses.
