7 “Do not judge, so that you may not be judged. 2 For with the judgment you make you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the measure you get. 3 Why do you see the speck in your neighbor’s[a] eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your neighbor,[b] ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ while the log is in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your neighbor’s[c] eye.

7 (A)«Non giudicate, affinché non siate giudicati; 2 perché con il giudizio con il quale giudicate, sarete giudicati; e con la misura con la quale misurate, sarà misurato a voi[a]. 3 Perché guardi la pagliuzza che è nell’occhio di tuo fratello, mentre non scorgi la trave che è nell’occhio tuo? 4 O come potrai tu dire a tuo fratello: “Lascia che io ti tolga dall’occhio la pagliuzza”, mentre la trave è nell’occhio tuo? 5 Ipocrita! Togli prima dal tuo occhio la trave, e allora ci vedrai bene per togliere la pagliuzza dall’occhio di tuo fratello.
6 Non date ciò che è santo ai cani e non gettate le vostre perle davanti ai porci, perché non le pestino con le zampe e, rivolti contro di voi, non vi sbranino.

2 Denn mit demselben Gericht, mit dem ihr richtet, werdet ihr gerichtet werden; und mit demselben Maß, mit dem ihr [anderen] zumesst, wird auch euch zugemessen werden.
3 Was siehst du aber den Splitter im Auge deines Bruders, und den Balken in deinem Auge bemerkst du nicht?
4 Oder wie kannst du zu deinem Bruder sagen: Halt, ich will den Splitter aus deinem Auge ziehen! — und siehe, der Balken ist in deinem Auge?
5 Du Heuchler, zieh zuerst den Balken aus deinem Auge, und dann wirst du klar sehen, um den Splitter aus dem Auge deines Bruders zu ziehen!
6 Gebt das Heilige nicht den Hunden und werft eure Perlen nicht vor die Säue, damit diese sie nicht mit ihren Füßen zertreten und [jene] sich nicht umwenden und euch zerreißen.

Amilyen mértékkel mértek másokat, olyan mértékkel mérnek majd titeket is. 3 Miért nézed a szálkát a másik szemében, ha a magadéban még a gerendát sem veszed észre? 4 Hogy mondhatod neki: »Hadd vegyem ki a szálkát a szemedből!« — amikor a te szemedben gerenda van? 5 Képmutató! Vedd ki előbb a saját szemedből a gerendát! Akkor majd elég tisztán látsz ahhoz, hogy a szálkát is kivehesd más szeméből.

7 Ne condamnez pas les autres, pour ne pas être vous-mêmes condamnés. 2 Car vous serez condamnés vous-mêmes de la manière dont vous aurez condamné autrui, et on vous appliquera la mesure dont vous vous serez servis pour mesurer les autres.
3 Pourquoi vois-tu les grains de sciure dans l’œil de ton frère, alors que tu ne remarques pas la poutre qui est dans le tien ? 4 Comment oses-tu dire à ton frère : « Laisse-moi enlever cette sciure de ton œil », alors qu’il y a une poutre dans le tien ? 5 Hypocrite ! Commence donc par retirer la poutre de ton œil ; alors tu y verras assez clair pour ôter la sciure de l’œil de ton frère.
6 Gardez-vous de donner aux chiens ce qui est sacré, et ne jetez pas vos perles devant les porcs, de peur qu’ils piétinent vos perles et que les chiens se retournent contre vous pour vous déchirer.
