¹⁵ where the leaders^[a] of the nation shall lay their hands upon the animal’s head and kill it before the Lord. ¹⁶ Then the priest shall bring its blood into the Tabernacle, ¹⁷ and shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil.
