²⁴ No one living in Zion will say, “I am ill”;^(A)
    and the sins of those who dwell there will be forgiven.^(B)

¹⁷ But I will restore you to health
    and heal^(A) your wounds,’
declares the Lord,
‘because you are called an outcast,^(B)
    Zion for whom no one cares.’^(C)
