⁸ By faith ^(A)Abraham, when he was called, obeyed ^[a]by going out to a place which he was to ^(B)receive for an inheritance; and he left, not knowing where he was going.

²² But ^(A)you have come to Mount Zion and to ^(B)the city of ^(C)the living God, ^(D)the heavenly Jerusalem, and to ^(E)myriads of ^[a]angels,

¹⁸ The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will ^[a](A)bring me safely to His ^(B)heavenly kingdom; ^(C)to ^[b]Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

⁴² And he was saying, “Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!” ⁴³ And He said to him, “Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in ^(A)Paradise.”

¹⁹ So then you are no longer ^(A)strangers and foreigners, but you are ^(B)fellow citizens with the ^[a]saints, and are of ^(C)God’s household, ²⁰ having been ^(D)built on ^(E)the foundation of ^(F)the apostles and prophets, ^(G)Christ Jesus Himself being the ^(H)cornerstone,

²⁹ and just as My Father has granted Me a ^(A)kingdom, I grant you ³⁰ that you may ^(B)eat and drink at My table in My ^(C)kingdom, and ^(D)you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
