Devarim 4:6-8

⁶ Be shomer therefore and do them; for this is your chochmah and your binah in the sight of the peoples, which shall hear all these chukkim, and say, Surely HaGoy HaGadol is a wise and understanding people.

⁷ For what nation is there so great, who hath elohim so near unto them, as Hashem Eloheinu is in all things for which we call upon Him?

⁸ And what nation is there so great, that hath chukkim and mishpatim tzaddikim as all this torah, which I set before you today?
