  1. Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.

  10. Paul Called by God

    I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin.
  11. I went in response to a revelation and, meeting privately with those esteemed as leaders, I presented to them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles. I wanted to be sure I was not running and had not been running my race in vain.

  24. Paul’s Chains Advance the Gospel

    Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel.
  25. And because of my chains, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear.
