Malachi 3:8-10
Will a man rob God? You are robbing me! You say, “How have we robbed you?” In regard to the tithe and the special offering. You are being cursed since all of you, the whole nation, are robbing me. Bring the complete tithe to the storehouse so that there may be food in my house. Just test me in this, says the Lord of Armies. See whether I do not open for you the windows of heaven and pour down blessing on you, until there is more than enough.

  16. Firstfruits and Tithes

    When you enter the land that the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and you take possession of it and settle in it,
  17. As soon as the order was made public, the people of Israel gave their firstfruits of grain, wine, oil, honey, and all the produce of the field in abundance. They brought an abundant tithe of everything.
  18. All the people of Israel and Judah who lived in the cities of Judah also brought their tithe of the cattle and sheep, and a tithe of the holy things dedicated for the Lord their God. They piled up one heap on top of another.
