Proverbs 16:21-23

21 The (A)wise in heart will be called understanding,
And sweetness of [a]lips (B)increases learning.
22 Insight is a fountain of life to one who has it,
But the discipline of ignorant fools is [b]folly.
23 The (C)heart of the wise gives insight to his mouth
And increases learning to his lips.

22 A fountain of life is wisdom for its owner,[b]

and upon his lips, it[e] will add persuasiveness.
