For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh
For though we walk in the flesh [as mortal men], we are not carrying on our [spiritual] warfare according to the flesh and using the weapons of man.
For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
For although we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh,
Although we live in the world, we don’t fight our battles with human methods.
For although we do live in the world, we do not wage war in a worldly way;
We live in this world, but we don't act like its people
For walking in flesh, we do not war according to flesh.
For [though] walking in the flesh, we are not waging-war in accordance with the flesh.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
We live in this world, but we don’t fight our battles in the same way the world does.
It is true that we live in this world as humans. But we do not use our human ideas to fight against what is wrong.
For even though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war in the way the sinful flesh does.
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh.
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh.

Nevertheless, though we walk in the flesh, yet we do not war after the flesh.
Of course we are human, but we don’t fight like humans.
It is true that we live in the world, but we do not fight from worldly motives.
For though we live in the body, we do not wage war in an unspiritual way,
We do live in the world. But we do not fight in the same way that the world fights.
Of course, we are living in the world, but we do not wage war in a world-like way.
Now I am going to appeal to you personally, by the gentleness and sympathy of Christ himself. Yes, I, Paul, the one who is “humble enough in our presence but outspoken when away from us”, and begging you to make it unnecessary for me to be outspoken and stern in your presence. For I am afraid otherwise that I shall have to do some plain speaking to those of you who will persist in reckoning that our activities are on the purely human level. The truth is that, although of course we lead normal human lives, the battle we are fighting is on the spiritual level. The very weapons we use are not those of human warfare but powerful in God’s warfare for the destruction of the enemy’s strongholds. Our battle is to bring down every deceptive fantasy and every imposing defence that men erect against the true knowledge of God. We even fight to capture every thought until it acknowledges the authority of Christ. Once we are sure of your obedience we shall not shrink from dealing with those who refuse to obey.

For although we are living in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh,
It is true that I am an ordinary, weak human being, but I don’t use human plans and methods to win my battles.
The world is unprincipled. It’s dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn’t fight fair. But we don’t live or fight our battles that way—never have and never will. The tools of our trade aren’t for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture. We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ. Our tools are ready at hand for clearing the ground of every obstruction and building lives of obedience into maturity.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.

Of course we are human, but we don’t fight like humans.
For, although we are in the flesh, we do not battle according to the flesh,
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage battle according to the flesh,
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh,
Although we are human beings, we do not engage in battle according to human standards.
We do live in the world, but we do not fight in the same way the world fights.
For though we live as human beings, we do not wage war according to human standards,
I do live in the world. But I don’t fight my battles the way the people of the world do.
For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does.
For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
It is true, we live in a body of flesh. But we do not fight like people of the world.
We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do.
Nevertheless, though we walk encompassed with the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.
Indeed, we live as human beings, but we do not wage war according to human standards;
Indeed, we live as human beings, but we do not wage war according to human standards;
Indeed, we live as human beings, but we do not wage war according to human standards;
Indeed, we live as humans but do not wage war according to human standards,
Yes, we are mere humans, but we don’t fight the war in a merely human way.
For though walking in basar, we war not according to the basar,
Nevertheless, though we walk in the flesh, yet we do not war according to the flesh.
For though we live in the world we are not carrying on a worldly war,
For though we live in the world we are not carrying on a worldly war,
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh.
For though we walk in the world, we do not fight according to this world’s rules of warfare.
For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh;
Of course we are living in bodies made for this world. But we are not fighting for the things in this world.
For we walking in the flesh, fight not after the flesh.
