At the end of those 40 days and nights, the Eternal gave me those two stone tablets of the covenant. On them He’d engraved with His own finger everything He told you on the day you gathered at the mountain, when He spoke to you from inside the fire.
It came to pass at the end of forty days and forty nights that Yahweh gave me the two stone tablets, even the tablets of the covenant.
And when forty days and so many nights had passed, the Lord gave to me (the) two tables of stone, (the) tables of the bond of peace; (And so when forty days and as many nights had passed, the Lord gave me the two stone tablets, yea, the tablets of the covenant;)
