I’ll tell you what Wisdom is and how she came into being. I won’t hide these secret matters from you. I’ll show you her very origins. I’ll lay all that I know of her in the open. I won’t skip past the truth.
If then your delight be in thrones, and sceptres, O ye kings of the people, love wisdom, that you may reign for ever.
I will tell you what Wisdom is, and how she came to be. I will not keep anything secret. I will trace her history from the beginning and make knowledge of her open to all. I will not ignore any part of the truth.
Now what wisdom is, and how she came to be I shall proclaim; and I shall conceal no secrets from you, But from the very beginning I shall search out and bring to light knowledge of her; I shall not diverge from the truth.
Now I will explain what Wisdom is and how she came to be; I will not hide her secrets from you. I will trace her steps from the beginning of creation and bring knowledge of her to full light without swerving from the truth.
