Ps. 112 Ps. 112 is in the center of three psalms that begin with the expression “Praise the Lord” (Hebrew hallu yah). Both Ps. 111 and 112 are acrostics, each half-line beginning with successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet, and they complement each other in content. Ps. 111 tells about God and His deeds, while Ps. 112 describes the happiness of the person who serves God.
