Final Instructions and Greetings to Titus

This letter draws to a conclusion in much the same way as it began. First, in 3:9-11 Paul instructs Titus regarding the false teachers that were troubling the Cretan churches (compare 1:10-16; Rom 16:17-20). Then, as he often did, Paul adds in 3:12-15 some personal instructions (compare 1:5-16), greetings and a closing blessing (compare 1:1-4).
