Toi, Tou [Tō'ī,Tō'ū]—wandering or error. A king of Hamath on the Orontes in David’s time, who congratulated David on his defeat of a common foe, Hadadezer (2 Sam. 8:9, 10; 1 Chron. 18:9, 10).
