Conaniah, Cononiah

Conaniah, Cononiah [Cŏna nī'ah, Cŏn o nĭ'ah]—jehovah hath established or stability of the lord.

  1. A chief Levite of high station in Josiah’s time (2 Chron. 35:9).
  2. A Levite who had charge of tithes and offerings in Hezekiah’s time (2 Chron. 31:12, 13).
