  1. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
  2. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
  3. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

  12. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
  13. But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
  14. Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
  15. So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
  16. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
  17. For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
  18. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
  19. But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.
  20. For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
  21. For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.
  22. Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
  23. That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  24. Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
  25. Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:
