knowing this, that our (A)old [a]self was (B)crucified with Him, in order that our (C)body of sin might be [b]done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for (D)the one who has died is [c]freed from sin.

Now (E)if we have died with Christ, we believe that (F)we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been (G)raised from the dead, [d]is never to die again; (H)death no longer is master over Him. 10 For [e]the death that He died, He died to sin once for all time; but [f]the life that He lives, He lives to [g]God. 11 So you too, consider yourselves to be (I)dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
