Romans 6:6-11

⁶ knowing this, that our ^(A)old ^[a]self was ^(B)crucified with Him, in order that our ^(C)body of sin might be ^[b]done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; ⁷ for ^(D)the one who has died is ^[c]freed from sin.

⁸ Now ^(E)if we have died with Christ, we believe that ^(F)we shall also live with Him, ⁹ knowing that Christ, having been ^(G)raised from the dead, ^[d]is never to die again; ^(H)death no longer is master over Him. ¹⁰ For ^[e]the death that He died, He died to sin once for all time; but ^[f]the life that He lives, He lives to ^[g]God. ¹¹ So you too, consider yourselves to be ^(I)dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
