9 You rule the surging of the sea;
When its waves rise, You (A)calm them.
10 You Yourself crushed [a](B)Rahab like one who is slain;
You (C)scattered Your enemies with [b]Your mighty arm.

11 The (D)heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours;
