20 正 思 念 这 事 的 时 候 ， 有 主 的 使 者 向 他 梦 中 显 现 ， 说 ： 大 卫 的 子 孙 约 瑟 ， 不 要 怕 ！ 只 管 娶 过 你 的 妻 子 马 利 亚 来 ， 因 他 所 怀 的 孕 是 从 圣 灵 来 的 。
21 他 将 要 生 一 个 儿 子 ， 你 要 给 他 起 名 叫 耶 稣 ， 因 他 要 将 自 己 的 百 姓 从 罪 恶 里 救 出 来 。
22 这 一 切 的 事 成 就 是 要 应 验 主 藉 先 知 所 说 的 话 ，
23 说 ： 必 有 童 女 怀 孕 生 子 ； 人 要 称 他 的 名 为 以 马 内 利 。 （ 以 马 内 利 翻 出 来 就 是 神 与 我 们 同 在 。 ）

20 As he considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream. “Joseph, son of David,” the angel said, “do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife. For the child within her was conceived by the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus,[a] for he will save his people from their sins.”
22 All of this occurred to fulfill the Lord’s message through his prophet:
23 “Look! The virgin will conceive a child!
She will give birth to a son,
and they will call him Immanuel,[b]
which means ‘God is with us.’”

20 وَبَيْنَمَا كَانَ يُفَكِّرُ فِي الأَمْرِ، إِذَا مَلاكٌ مِنَ الرَّبِّ قَدْ ظَهَرَ لَهُ فِي حُلْمٍ يَقُولُ: «يَا يُوسُفُ ابْنَ دَاوُدَ! لَا تَخَفْ أَنْ تَأْتِيَ بِمَرْيَمَ عَرُوسِكَ إِلَى بَيْتِكَ، لأَنَّ الَّذِي هِيَ حُبْلَى بِهِ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنَ الرُّوحِ الْقُدُسِ. 21 فَسَتَلِدُ ابْناً، وَأَنْتَ تُسَمِّيهِ يَسُوعَ، لأَنَّهُ هُوَ الَّذِي يُخَلِّصُ شَعْبَهُ مِنْ خَطَايَاهُمْ». 22 حَدَثَ هَذَا كُلُّهُ لِيَتِمَّ مَا قَالَهُ الرَّبُّ بِلِسَانِ النَّبِيِّ الْقَائِلِ: 23 «هَا إِنَّ الْعَذْرَاءَ تَحْبَلُ، وَتَلِدُ ابْناً، وَيُدْعَى عِمَّانُوئِيلَ!» أَيِ «اللهُ مَعَنَا».

20 Y pensando él en esto, he aquí un ángel del Señor le apareció en sueños y le dijo: José, hijo de David, no temas recibir a María tu mujer, porque lo que en ella es engendrado, del Espíritu Santo es. 21 Y dará a luz un hijo, y llamarás su nombre(A) JESÚS,[a] porque él salvará a su pueblo de sus pecados.(B) 22 Todo esto aconteció para que se cumpliese lo dicho por el Señor por medio del profeta, cuando dijo:
23 He aquí, una virgen concebirá y dará a luz un hijo,
Y llamarás su nombre Emanuel,(C)
que traducido es: Dios con nosotros.

20 Comme il y pensait, voici, un ange du Seigneur lui apparut en songe, et dit: Joseph, fils de David, ne crains pas de prendre avec toi Marie, ta femme, car l'enfant qu'elle a conçu vient du Saint Esprit;
21 elle enfantera un fils, et tu lui donneras le nom de Jésus; c'est lui qui sauvera son peuple de ses péchés.
22 Tout cela arriva afin que s'accomplît ce que le Seigneur avait annoncé par le prophète:
23 Voici, la vierge sera enceinte, elle enfantera un fils, et on lui donnera le nom d'Emmanuel, ce qui signifie Dieu avec nous.
