John 18:36-38
English Standard Version
36 Jesus answered, (A)“My kingdom (B)is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, (C)my servants would have been fighting, that (D)I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.” 37 Then Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Jesus answered, (E)“You say that I am a king. (F)For this purpose I was born and for this purpose (G)I have come into the world—(H)to bear witness to the truth. (I)Everyone who is (J)of the truth (K)listens to my voice.” 38 Pilate said to him, “What is truth?”
After he had said this, (L)he went back outside to the Jews and told them, (M)“I find no guilt in him.

New International Version
36 Jesus said, “My kingdom(A) is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders.(B) But now my kingdom is from another place.”(C)
37 “You are a king, then!” said Pilate.
Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth.(D) Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.”(E)
38 “What is truth?” retorted Pilate. With this he went out again to the Jews gathered there and said, “I find no basis for a charge against him.(F)
