⁷ And I will shake all nations, so that the treasures of all nations shall come in, and ^(A)I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord of hosts. ^8 (B)The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, declares the Lord of hosts. ^9 (C)The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts. And ^(D)in this place I will give peace, declares the Lord of hosts.’”

⁷ For ^(A)nation will rise against nation, and ^(B)kingdom against kingdom, and there will be ^(C)famines and earthquakes in various places. ⁸ All these are but the beginning of ^(D)the birth pains.

⁹ “Then ^(E)they will deliver you up ^(F)to tribulation and ^(G)put you to death, and ^(H)you will be hated by all nations for my name's sake. ¹⁰ And then many will fall away^[a] and ^(I)betray one another and hate one another. ¹¹ And many ^(J)false prophets will arise ^(K)and lead many astray. ¹² And because lawlessness will be increased, ^(L)the love of many will grow cold. ^13 (M)But the one who endures to the end will be saved. ¹⁴ And this gospel of the kingdom ^(N)will be proclaimed throughout the whole world ^(O)as a testimony ^(P)to all nations, and ^(Q)then the end will come.
