Ephesians 1:19-2:10

¹⁹ and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, ^(A)according to the working of ^(B)his great might ²⁰ that he worked in Christ ^(C)when he raised him from the dead and ^(D)seated him at his right hand ^(E)in the heavenly places, ^21 (F)far above ^(G)all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above ^(H)every name that is named, not only in ^(I)this age but also in the one to come. ²² And ^(J)he put all things under his feet and gave him as ^(K)head over all things to the church, ^23 (L)which is his body, ^(M)the fullness of him ^(N)who fills ^(O)all in all.

2 ^(P)And you were ^(Q)dead in the trespasses and sins ^2 (R)in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following ^(S)the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in ^(T)the sons of disobedience— ³ among whom we all once lived in ^(U)the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body^[a] and the mind, and ^(V)were by nature ^(W)children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.^{[b] 4} But^[c] God, being ^(X)rich in mercy, ^(Y)because of the great love with which he loved us, ⁵ even ^(Z)when we were dead in our trespasses, ^(AA)made us alive together with Christ—^(AB)by grace you have been saved— ⁶ and raised us up with him and ^(AC)seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, ⁷ so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable ^(AD)riches of his grace in ^(AE)kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. ⁸ For ^(AF)by grace you have been saved ^(AG)through faith. And this is ^(AH)not your own doing; ^(AI)it is the gift of God, ^9 (AJ)not a result of works, ^(AK)so that no one may boast. ¹⁰ For ^(AL)we are his workmanship, ^(AM)created in Christ Jesus ^(AN)for good works, ^(AO)which God prepared beforehand, ^(AP)that we should walk in them.
