²²that you ^(A)put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,

²²You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off^(A) your old self,^(B) which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;^(C)

²⁵Therefore, putting away lying, ^(A)“Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for ^(B)we are members of one another.

²⁵Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully^(A) to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.^(B)
