2 Sayidow, codkayga maqal,
Oo dhegahaagu ha noqdeen kuwo u digtoon
Codka baryootankayga.
3 Rabbiyow, haddaad dembiyada u fiirsatid,
Bal yaa istaagi doona, Sayidow?
4 Laakiinse waxaa kula jirta dembidhaafid,
In adiga lagaa cabsado daraaddeed.
5 Waxaan sugaa Rabbiga,
Naftayduna way sugtaa, oo eraygiisa ayaan rajo ku qabaa.
6 Naftaydu waxay Sayidka u dhawrtaa
In ka sii badan sida waardiyuhu u dhawro waaga berigiisa,
Haah, in ka sii badan sida waardiyuhu u dhawro waaga berigiisa.
7 Reer binu Israa'iilow, Rabbiga rajo ku qaba,
Waayo, Rabbigu wuxuu leeyahay naxariis
Iyo weliba furasho aad iyo aad u badan.

1 Out of the depths(A) I cry to you,(B) Lord;
2 Lord, hear my voice.(C)
Let your ears be attentive(D)
to my cry for mercy.(E)
3 If you, Lord, kept a record of sins,
Lord, who could stand?(F)
4 But with you there is forgiveness,(G)
so that we can, with reverence, serve you.(H)

130 Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
2 Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
3 If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
5 I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.
6 My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.
7 Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.
8 And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
