Romans 9:28-29

²⁸^(A)for the Lord will execute His word on the earth, ^[a]thoroughly and ^[b]quickly.” ²⁹And just as Isaiah foretold:

“^(B)If ^(C)the Lord ^[c]of armies had not left us ^[d]^(D)descendants,
^(E)We would have become like Sodom, and would have ^[e]been like Gomorrah.”
