¹² For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.

¹⁸ know his will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law,

¹⁹ Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God.

²⁴ So that the law has become our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. ²⁵ But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.
