From Jerusalem to Illyricum

¹⁴ Now ^(A)I myself am confident concerning you, my brethren, that you also are full of goodness, ^(B)filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish ^[a]one another.

²⁴ And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, ^25 (A)not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and ^(B)so much the more as you see ^(C)the Day approaching.

¹⁸ And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ^(A)“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ^19 (B)Go ^[a]therefore and ^(C)make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ^20 (D)teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am ^(E)with you always, even to the end of the age.” ^[b]Amen.

^24 (A)“A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. ²⁵ It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If ^(B)they have called the master of the house ^[a]Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of his household!

^8 (A)But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your ^[a]Teacher, ^[b]the Christ, and you are all brethren. ⁹ Do not call anyone on earth your father; ^(B)for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. ¹⁰ And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ.
