11 For the Scripture says, “(A)Whoever believes in Him will not be [a]put to shame.” 12 For (B)there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is (C)Lord of (D)all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; 13 for “(E)Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

14 How then are they to call on Him in whom they have not believed? How are they to believe in Him (F)whom they have not heard? And how are they to hear without (G)a preacher? 15 But how are they to preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: “(H)How beautiful are the feet of those who [b](I)bring good news of good things!”

16 However, they (J)did not all heed the [c]good news; for Isaiah says, “(K)Lord, who has believed our report?” 17 So faith comes from (L)hearing, and hearing by (M)the word [d]of Christ.

11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”[a](A) 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile(B)—the same Lord is Lord of all(C) and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord(D) will be saved.”[b](E)

14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”[c](F)

16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news.(G) For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”[d](H) 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message,(I) and the message is heard through the word about Christ.(J)
