13 (A) My friends, I want you to know that I have often planned to come for a visit. But something has always kept me from doing it. I want to win followers to Christ in Rome, as I have done in many other places.

New International Version
13 I do not want you to be unaware,(A) brothers and sisters,[a](B) that I planned many times to come to you (but have been prevented from doing so until now)(C) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles.
